Refunds & Credit Returns


Before use, please examine your merchandise carefully for any inaccuracies and manufacturer defects.

You must notify us within 3 days. 

Swimmer`s World will replace any such defective merchandise upon notice of any problems.

Please present purchase information and reason for return.                                                                                                                                                                                                    

  You may return unused products to us for a refund or exchange provided that:

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of returns unless we shipped you the wrong item(s).  
* A restocking fee of 20% may be charged on returned merchandise.                                                                        

Once items have been worn or altered in any way, they cannot be returned.                                                            

State Health Regulations Prohibit the return of swimwear altered or worn in any way.

  • The product(s) have not been used.
  • The original tags are attached and the packaging is intact.


Please Note: Clearance (specials) swimwear items are not returnable.

EXCHANGE: If you would like to exchange size or colour please return the purchased product in original condition together with a note of your full contact details and requirements.           

You can return the product to the address provided on the invoice or packing slip provided.        

If you are exchanging merchandise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, we regret that items that are not accompanied by

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Swimwear is subject to Health Department regulations, which require all swimwear and apparel be tried on over underwear.                                                                                                                                  

 If this regulation is not followed, this merchandise will not be accepted for exchange.                                             

The swimwear must be in original condition with all tags and labels still attached to be eligible for return or exchange.


All returns are the responsibility of the customer; therefore protect yourself against lost packages by sending your return insured. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made.
